Refund Policy

At Kit Captain, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we're on hand to help. We will either issue a full refund or send out a replacement product promptly. Before making a purchase, if you're uncertain about the product meeting your expectations, we encourage you to contact us at info@kit-captain.com for guidance.

Please be aware that once a purchase is made, it is considered final, as orders are immediately processed and sent to our factory. If you receive the incorrect item, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make arrangements to send the correct product to you.

For any claims of faults or defects in the product, we request that you provide visual proof, such as photographs, to facilitate a swift resolution. Without such evidence, we may be unable to verify the issue and proceed with a refund or exchange.

Please note: Our policy does not cover damages due to misuse, accidental damage, size discrepancies due to incorrect input by the customer, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. We also cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if an incorrect address is provided, as shipping labels are created using the information you submit. Be sure to accurately follow our size chart, and don't hesitate to reach out with sizing questions.

Returns based solely on a change of heart, or a lack of affinity for the product, are not supported unless the product is faulty. If a fault that's our responsibility is confirmed, we will facilitate exchanges on new and unworn merchandise. For any other exchange scenarios, there will be a processing fee of $25.
